Half moon is one of my favorite coffee beans from Motifs. It's filled with a fresh smooth flavor with hints of caramel.

I'm no expert on coffee but one thing I know is that half moon is now my daily coffee. It tastes silky smooth with no bitterness and not too strong. Pure and clean tasting!
